Stella doesn't have anything to do with wendigos (tbh, neither does the modern skull-for-head depiction), but she kinda has the looks for it. I wonder why most witches don't wear any kind of protection. It would be the most logical thing when dealing with dangerous materials, isn't it?

When exposed to hot weather or overwhelmed by positive emotions, Stella's hair can melt away and turn into a cloud of steam/mist. By default, her hair resembles snow or a dense cloud. When using her physical body for longer amounts of time, her hair deteriorates and icicles start to form out of it. The skirt-thing is not part of the hair, but is likewise formed out of ice. Dark clouds usually mean Stella is bothered or annoyed by something.

Stella retains some traits of her normal body, such as her antlers and orange eyes. Her clothes, though (both their palette and motifs) are based on the Kamchatkan fritillaria - some of the flowers are even growing on her pseudo-antlers. Version with sunglasses.
