Too lazy to do all of em right now, but for shooters I'd say
Buff splattershot Nova, either make it shoot faster or do more damage, it definitely needs a better ttk (still love it though)
Nerf 52 gal, I think doing the exact opposite as I did for the Nova would work.

I'd definitely check out any Chao garden fangame! I'll also check out the starfy fangame, I haven't thought about starfy in years but I remember it being really good!
