Yes. I still take propranolol, too. But pyridostigmine gives me longer on my feet before PEM, as well. It doesn’t prevent PEM, it elongates the time my body lets me FA before the FO.

It also cleared up a lot of brain fog. The LDN is yet another level of fog clearing.

The cardiologist I saw also told me to go off H1/H2 antihistamines (that were given to me by GP, in a rare bout of helpfulness) and told me to exercise. So…the usual: people just actively harming us. But I got the mestinon & ignored the harm

I got it from cardiologist, has made a *massive* difference to my upright-ability.

He wouldn’t give me LDN (??!??) so I DROVE to a *prescribing naturopath in BC* to get it. It’s been fantastic so far. The mestinon/LDN combo that’s being trialled is helping me like crazy.
