My belief is that he plans to make that his main election policy in 2029. It's his only way to a second term. In his favour he has massively improved UK's relationship with EU so that's a step in the right direction.

I feel for you but this crisis was not caused by Labour. It took 14 years to destroy the NHS. How do you expect it to be fixed in one year? They have thrown £billions at it in an attempt to increase staffing levels.

I don't think media are in panic mode. Everything is going swimmingly for them. Farage is their boy and they'll follow him. They don't want to put out any news which would show the government in a favourable light. Starmer is fighting with his hands tied behind his back.
