I especially love it when over 3 days my interstate order via airport, goes past the road to my house on its way to a sorting office, then goes the other side of my suburb to another Australia Post center, before finally not being delivered to my house I was in to another post office to collect.

Hate to be that enthusiast to say your spending is done.... I have a similar bullet smoker and my fav accessory is the Inkbird WiFi Temperature controller, just hook it up to a vent and monitor temperature in real time, plus it spins up the fan when it needs more heat - as a tech you'll love it.
