...and the prices the lowest, the food/music some of the best, the people friendly, and the housing cheap; but also the roaches, pollution, poverty levels and slum factor are also the highest. You know where the city segregated the brown skinned types so they would not pollute the gene pool...

If someone is drowning and yo get them a glass of water, that is not at all "helpful" and and it is not ingratitude for the person to ask if maybe you have a rope instead.

Most food pantries do not stock safe foods for such people and most soup kitchens simply cannot reach the safety regulations to avoid cross contamination. I am thus interested in natural markets, farmer’s markets, or other organizations...

...the usual food pantries, soup kitchens are NOT options as their diets are extremely specialized and cannot include things like processed foods, corn, dairy, peanuts, or wheat/gluten. >>>

The books that remain unpurged tell us the dictatorships tend to last 60-100 years or even longer in the case of some Empires. If that happens, I’ll be dead, my younger brother, my partner, my best friend...but their kids won’t be.
