The MAGA split with neocons on Ukraine is suddenly clear. They didn't oppose intervention; they just accepted the aggressor’s premise. To them, 'corruption' voids sovereignty. We worried Putin and Xi would learn that borders are optional. We forgot to check if the MAGA thinktanks were taking note.

It’s not that the MAGA right actually cares about corruption it’s that they realized it’s the perfect rhetorical flourish for invasion. They didn't adopt a new moral stance on Ukraine; they just realized that labeling a nation 'illegitimate' is an effective permission slip to conquer it.
