I did this mostly for fun, but also was curious to see how/if it would affect me in any way.

The general takeaway is this: My appreciation for music, down to the very small details, has grown exponentially. Songs that I don’t find much enjoyment in previously, sound different and refreshing.

I couldn’t avoid other types of music entirely — if I was in a friends car or at a movie, I heard other genres. My goal was to simply replace the music from my normal listening habits with classical.
