While this year is stacked with incredible indies and banger AAA games, I have to give it to Clair Obscure: Expedition 33. I still cannot see anything coming close to the emotional gut punches, gripping gameplay, and absolutely stellar soundtrack that accompanied this GOTY contender!

It's definitely been a scary decade for game dev. Too much investment and growth without forsight and toss in a pandemic to absolutely throw everything for a loop.
