Y’know if Dispatch didn’t get anything, I’d be kind of annoyed but I’d get it. It did come out so late. But it got one thing so I’m mad about everything it didn’t. Performance, game direction, narrative, art direction, score, Indie, sim/strategy. Heck I think it deserved a GOTY nominee personally

And you’re not wrong about Shroud but I will say I think they did great at having him leave an impact in the short time he’s there. He’s threatening, almost always in control, and still really funny at times. Matt Mercer’s performance is also incredible. One of my favorites of his honestly.

My biggest complaint is not spending enough time with the team. Robert says he has to be around them in their element but besides Visi, we don’t get that much. Maybe like 2 or 3 more scenes. Especially since the moments we do are highlights of the whole thing. The Bar and party scenes come to mind

The game was incredible. I haven’t been on the edge of my seat like those last two episodes in a while. There was a lot to rap up and most of it was done flawlessly. I haven’t been this invested in a cast of characters since FFVII Rebirth.

Fantastic episode. Seeing the Lady Gaga timecode the whole episode and having no idea what it meant until the reveal was so worth it. I have to ask, do you genuinely believe that album is about Silent Hill or do you think it’s coincidence because I legit can’t tell and it unironically bothers me.

The thing is…I’ve seen so many people still not recognize it which is why it kinda needs to be ham-fisted. You know how many people I’ve seen who say this movie is not “woke” when it absolutely would be under their dumb criteria? But they liked it and missed the point so it’s not woke I guess

I don’t care if people think it’s in your face or spelled out or hamfisted (because honestly some of the world needs that right now) but that speech at the end to Lex where he says that being human is his greatest strength? I don’t know what your 6 moments are but that’s definitely one of mine!

I think the best thing you can say about the movie is that it LOVES Superman with its entire being. David Corenswet IS Superman to a level that I don’t even think RDJ, Chris Evans, or Ryan Reynolds are to their respective characters. I see his performance and all I can think is “That’s Superman”

The creators I know who played the beta, said they enjoyed the game and had fun. Plus it just looked cool to explore Scala so I’m a little disappointed I won’t get to play it. I wonder how much lore and story was gonna be here and how much future titles will need to be reworked to fit it.
