Eat at least an hour or more before a PT session... I remember barfing during my first PT session because I ate too soon before, which was embarrassing af... 😅. Eat salmon & avocado after. I usually eat a Tesco/M&S ready to eat sweet chilli salmon with a nice homemade with added spices guacamole.

Stealing others work and claiming it as your own is so gross... The first thing we're taught in college is "If you plagiarise someones work, you'll will be expelled immediately"...
