Or how sinners are "garbage" or "violent psychopaths out to spread violence and chaos". It's not a 1-1 on Earth racism, but it's definitely coming from a similar place of "this group of people is FUNDAMENTALLY bad and therefore beneath me".

Eh, there's definitely some allegorical racist/classicist undertones to how they write Lucifer interacting w/ Sinners & Alastor specifically. The whole busboy/bellhop thing, for instance (kinda automatically talking down to Al by identifying him as "the help").-

Personally, I've been contemplating those stitches in the context of Zestial's line about Al "falling to angelic arms". If the (STILL UNHEALED) chest wound is is angelically sourced, than implies the others are too. And we now know that the year Al disappeared was the VERY FIRST extermination.

Vox did ask if Angel *quit* in season one, which implies that it's a thing he CAN do. I've seen some people theorize that Anthony *could* break the contract with Val...but it would require forefitting the Angel persona (and everything connected to it). B/c *Angel Dust* is what Val owns, not Anthony.

They're very similar to the ones that show up in S1E1 of Helluva... which features a family of seemingly wholesome Satanic CANNIBALS who directly name-drop "The Root of All Evil"

He does PITCH color tv programming adoption to the tv exec he murders, which started in the early 50s, and TV sets have been commercially sold since the 1930s so, maybe a 20 year total span? Or 10ish years (40s-50s)? He switched from brown to black, so that implies ONE of those colors is a dye job.

He said he's been waiting 70 years to get back at Al though. If we assume the current seasons set the year it came out (2025), then their confrontation'd be in 1955 & Vox said then that they'd known each other "for a few years now". So the absolute latest he could've died would be like, 1953ish?
