1) Unbelievable how eagerly Democrats pissed away all the good will after the elections last week. Like actually unbelievable. Beyond self-sabotage. "Let's see, we're in the moral right, the vast majority blame our opponents, we just had landslide elections. I know! I'll roll over for the fascists!"

I have kind of a hard time recommending it. It's among the heaviest things I've ever read, but weirdly, it was also kind of hope-affirming in the end, and through Howly's writing, Anthemics' music, and Paintfox's artwork, it brought these characters to life in a way that few other VNs have for me.

Spoiler/Content Alert. Arches VN is my current hyperfixation. I was initially bummed that it began like the lost 6th route of Echo VN, but between the music, the artwork, and the writing, it really transcended Echo. The examination of the impact the events had on the characters afterward broke me.

Rolled true end credits on Silksong. Final word: Incredible deal for $20. A meticulously crafted work of love from the devs. You can feel that as you play - this game, for better or worse, is *exactly* their vision made manifest. I love it, and I despise it, and I never want to play it again. (1/5)
