The issue isn't that much with doctors, they are having their hands tied not only by having license revoked but also criminal persecution, nobody goes to school for so long and wants to fuck with people's lives for "lucrative career" that goes without saying that there definitely are bad doctors

In addition for m+ players to only have dungeon pieces being restricted by rng, some of bis trinkets like the pacemaker, signet or candle trinkets we are only able to have 1 (actually 3 but I'm pesimistic now) chance to get that myth upgrade per week, not to mention another recraft for others

My point is, it isn't natural state of the world that men automatically believe degradation that happens in a lot of porn is normal state of being, it isn't failure of porn itself it is a failure of educators that didn't teach men that what happens in porn is catering to very specific kinks.
