We're looking for a Guardian Angel. Is it you?
We desperately need someone to help keep our programs alive so we can continue making life-changing impact for young Cambodians.

BUILDING LEADERSHIP
We asked our Future Focus groups to think about leadership, including qualities and skills that make a good leader. They wrote answers on sticky notes and put them on the wall.
It helped them think about their role as leaders and the qualities they need to develop.

When art, architecture, gardening and culture clash you get Theam’s Gallery - a delightful traditional wooden house turned into an inspiring art space.
Excursions are important to introduce new places, gain new perspectives and build confidence.

We love this idea from Teacher Madi - an artist share book. Everyone can contribute sketches and drawings. You don't need to be an artist. You don't have to create a masterpiece.
A few people have already got the book started. How aweseome are these contributions? We love the collaboration here.

We're excited to add new books to our library! Our team recently visited a small local bookshop and chose 13 Khmer titiles to buy.
Many thanks to Philippa Hawke and Ken Frost for these additions, which take our total number of books to 1062.

Board games have taken off at Spean Chivit.
Sna and Vathana have been teaching the games. And it’s no surprise to us, that when people know how to play them, they can’t get enough of them. Games teach so many great skills, like problem-solving, strategy, planning and analysis. #youthdevelopment

This is a little overview of the impact Spean Chivit made in 2024. We're pretty proud of everything we achieved given we are such a tiny team. #empoweringyouth #betterfutures #futurefocus

There were 4527 visitors. Library - 171 books added, 505 borrowed. Training: 80+ workshops and classes, more than 700 participants. Work experience: 2 placements. More than 30 youth mentored. Youth organised Kandal Village Art Night community event.
