My Great Aunt liked to health-ify recipes by substituting some of the ingredients. She liked to replace salt with unsalted chicken broth. So one Thanksgiving we had a side of mashed squash made with unsalted chicken broth and mace.

Husband brought some home a few weeks ago and was like “these seem like they’d be good” and I was like “um… gimmicky much?” And then we each tried one and then the package was empty.

Followed you forever, and ever, and ever, and… you get the drift. Seriously, probably about 15 years. I think one of your book bios mentioned your blog. Fast forward a loooooong time and you mentioned on your blog that you were quitting Twitter for Bluesky. Figured Bluesky might be worth a try.

Curious - What do you do with all the ARCs that are sent to you? My inner contingency planner is thinking you’ll fill up your poor church with them if you keep them all.

I’m in the opposite camp from the previous commenter, I recommend Hugo before Nebula. Hugo is voted on by fans rather than authors. For me, those selections translate more reliably to something that I as a fan tend to enjoy. Both are great lists though!
