I traveled to Des Moines to teach my last class of the fall semester. The sky is completely overcast and the leaves are mostly on the ground. So, beautiful.

I went to the eye clinic today for a follow up on a routine thing. I have 300 dollars due for the visit with insurance. I still need to spend 600 before I hit my cap. And I have “good” insurance. I’m probably going to share more as my appointments move into the new year.
