I chase Moomin only to find they're chasing me. Though Steinbeck and I walk to a different beat all the time so we haven't been able to completely catch the Moomin yet.

Scanning childhood photos only reminds me of that I had a childhood and none of the feelings of when the photo was taken. A snapshot is truly that in any photo. A snap not a permanent state of being as I can't remember what I was feeling or what the environment was like during that photo.

To me, trying to find the logic in idioms is like trying to find that darn needle in the haystack.
