I don't know you, but I can relate. I am watching Kdramas that are really peaceful and polite atm.
When I was in a group for ppl with anxiety, they said "Even if all you do, is get the mail, that is okay. Because it is hard to deal with." Some were at that level. Paralyzed. I am close to it.

I see! Oh, that's a mess. It is safer to stay out of all of that. Definitely. I struggle with things. Jump right in, trying to make things better and then sit, later, feeling all the yuck and sorrow and fear, even. Because things will never get better. It's awful.

I have an aunt who survived two terrible diseases through medication and very healthy food. When the meds were hurting her, the food soothed her. And she swears to things like garlic.

I am sorry to hear that. Things would be awkward if I had to meet up with my family, now. Some of them. That is hard to deal with. Both the last days of a person and the strange ways of family. Take breaks if you need to.

Anywayz. Not 90 yet. And even that. If healthy. To live on my own terms for a few more years, is what I really hope for.

Yeah. When I was early twenties I went to a school party and everyone drank like crazy. The evening ended with group seggs upstairs for anyone still awake. I couldn't move, but that wasn't my thing, anyway. I had to wait and sober up before I could move, walk, and get out of there.
