Set up position for practicing a yoga / Pilates pose. I cal it ‘crime scene pose’. Usually gets a reaction from fellow silver yogis when I say it!

An Idea: The discipline of writing. Plenty of stuff out there on research/editing/synopsis/finding agents etc. But debut novelists need a formula on how to avoid quitting and get from 0k to 80k words in 9 months. I’ve got the scars & 4 books happy to share my innovative 0-completion process.

I reach a point where I write the remaining milestone chapters from unrelated parts of the manuscript, then fill in the gaps. Like doing the edges and sky first on a jigsaw puzzle. It works for me!
