The fact that most people do not use it is the basic premise of insurance- the purpose of insurance is to spread risk across a larger pool of people. Most need to use little $ from that pool,.a few need to use a lot of $ from that pool. The more health participants in the pool, the better for all.

Willful ignorance by so many- calling the march "we are sick of the Constitution and laws and courts and human rights being ignored you piece of shit felon grifter/Congress do something/dissent is not illegal" was not quite as catchy

My college-age daughter did this. Borrows DVDs from the library and from her local independent movie theater, as well as buying some from a used record store. She loves it!
