Went walkies with my Support Worker yesterday, along the river in my town. It was gorgeous, and the first time I’ve been able to do something like this in months!

It was lovely to feel the sunshine in my skin and a gentle breeze with this view:

When you have a disability or chronic illness, things just take longer.

I’m having friends over for dinner tonight and I’ve been prepping for three days. I spent a few days planning the menu, shopping list, and then the “doing” of the things - I’m proud of how it’s turned out so far:
