As a cat person who occasionally watches after dogs, I find it very unsettling to have an animal who stares at you constantly waiting for you to do something. I'd much rather have a chill cat who's content to patrol or sleep without human intervention.

I assume you mean broadcast TV? I still watch shows on streaming. But I do forget there's that whole other method of consumption that existed _before_.
