Times are tough financially, if I were to leave Id need to make sure I had job security, a place to live, Im leaving my family, etc. Its not as easy for poor people to just mass exodus.

the turkish charter school i went to was way worse than public school in terms of classes, amenities, anything. Half of my teachers didnt speak english. 60 minutes did a segment on it.
