Best eggs bene in quite a while, bbq pulled pork instead of bacon. Lovely lunch out with my whānau at our local ☺️
Eggs bene with pulled pork on ciabatta and homemade hollandaise, just the right flow of yolk, flourish of microgreens, on a duck egg coloured plate.
