Retired and for the geeks I used Canon equipment. Started taking pictures aged 5 developed my own b&w and colour in those days. Mainly use an SX60 as it's quick and has great zoom First Canon was my trusty F1 I bought in 70 I will never part with it.

Back on mid summer's day in 1976 I visited the island of Grassholm off the coast of Wales UK. One bird dominated the island Gannets. 90,000 of them and as we approached in our boat it seemed like they all took off against a perfect blue sky. I have never forgotten the experience it was amazing.

You know I was only saying the other day I have not seen a Yellow Hammer since I was a child in the 50s&60s. Great picture👍
