I am advocate for public schooling no matter how flawed it currently is. I would rather there be a baseline to work from than a wide range of possibilities. Public and private schools have a similar baseline but differ in quality due to resources. Homeschooling is entirely dependant on the parents.

Well i was never homeschooled and the people i met in university that were, had primarily religious upbringing. Socially strange. But otherwise academically preformed well in college. I would say there should be perhaps standardized test. I would say possibly similar to a GED 4 tests to pass.
