The UK has an appalling track record of tackling money laundering, and successive governments have passed the buck to financial institutions small and large that are ill-equipped to do the job properly. I doubt that this will ever be more than a talking shop though unfortunately.

Highly recommend Blue Ball Restaurant in Quarry Bank to anyone in the Black Country wanting to satisfy their Bangladeshi cuisine urges. Great food, wonderful staff.
