I'm not sure of the intent of this post really. I just... I want to remind myself to celebrate even the smallest wins. Because just because they may seem insignificant to some, to me and mine, they are monumental. Our house is finally starting to feel like home.

Not dishes and silverware I had to just suck up and accept to keep the peace. But cute matching pieces. Not just what I could afford in the moment, but something I'm genuinely excited to own. These past few years have really kicked my ass. Forced me to reaccess who I am and who I want to be.

Ourselves a sofa for the living room. We had been making do with a very old and worn down futon. Too many other things took priority financially to "splurge" on a sofa. Not only a sofa, but we now have a microwave, and for the first time in my life, dishes and utensils that I got to pick out

I hope you have a traveling itch that you can't ever pinpoint. I hope you always step in a puddle of water when you're wearing socks. I hope you never have a cool side of the pillow. I hope you ALWAYS have the day you deserve. Regards, Me.
