I don't understand why media blandly frames this as “Labour last week raised concerns thousands of on-time submissions on the bill would not be considered” when “thousands” — which sounds like “a few thousand” — is in reality 200,000+ submissions, 85% of the total. www.rnz.co.nz/news/nationa...
