Yeah, that's me currently 😞 from a content creator, and they weren't even intentionally shitting on [liked thing], it was more of a 'oh that's not what I wanted, boooo, if anyone wants to swap I'll do it'

#pokeotd day 2 - Hitmonchan! Dex number 107, and a pure Fighting type. This #pokemon is pretty cool, although I think all the OGs deserve a decent amount of respect 😆 I don't know how I feel amount the more humanoid Pokémon, it's weird but also not?? This card is from the set Evolving Skies

I've spent 45 minutes trying to rethread an #overlocker, I wish my uni actually explained how to do it, rather than "call a lecturer if it gets unthreaded" 🥲 this shite is so confusing, it's hot and I'm getting so frustrated, I've been sent on my break to "cool off" whilst my supervisor takes over

#pokéotd number 1 is actually number 454 - Toxicroak! It's typically poison/fighting type, but in the current tcg, Pokémon only have one type, so it's fighting here. This is the card I currently have in my #pokédex, from Shrouded Fable. It's a cool #Pokémon for sure, but not my favourite frog/toad

My city is full of churches of all ages. Recently I find myself constantly imagining what it must have been like to see them 400-500yrs ago, as they completely dominate the sky (even if they weren't quite built that long ago). Definitely very humbling, even if I myself aren't religious in that way 🤔

A lot has happened in the 8 months gap where I just didn't open bluesky. Nothing bad, like I still like (love) #rocks and #earthscience, but I've also expanded into a new hobby, and I'm now in a job that is better for me, both mentally and career-wise 😊

I really needed a win today, and it turns out dinner came in clutch 🥰 maple flavoured sausages, mash potatoes, lightly fried tenderstem broccoli and brussel sprouts, Yorkshire puddings (admittedly shop bought) and a good amount of gravy. It's exactly what I needed

It's Wednesday night, which means it's pizza night! Wednesday night has been pizza night for years now, it's the simplest meal to make when you're halfway through the week

This evening? I've watched my partner turn my #PC off and on again, almost continuously. He's trying to see if the new #RAM he bought for his PC is faulty, or just incompatible with his set-up (Spoiler alert: my PC won't even make it to POST with his RAM)

Watched a YT video titled "The Year Without Summer". I was expecting the 45 minute runtime to talk about Mt Tambora, and how it affected many countries during and after its eruption. Instead I got a history lesson in the geopolitical stance of European countries at this time. Appreciated nonetheless
