I never said it was a bad idea. It shouldn’t be an issue but we have massive issues with social support and there isn’t evidence that it will be implemented in a way that is going to avoid harming disabled people who just need more support

Yeah, some people struggled with understanding that you can hold the position that is should be abolished and we should just have the same rights as cis people whilst also having personal motivations for wanting one yourself in the mean time

Its weird though because I needed one to give me an extra sense of security after being discriminated and sexually harassed by the NHS

I use the disabled toilets anyway since they are usually closer because of i have health needs

I say not because it’s unconstitutional. It may be the law but it it goes against what was decided in parliament which isn’t how the Supreme Court is supposed to function.

No it goes against something that was decided in parliament, they don’t have this power it’s unconstitutional and it also means we are now in breach of article 9 of the EHCR.
