I always felt that Nikki is best suited as a host/reporter than lead commentator. It's sad that there doesn't seem to be a suitable female lead commentator for motorsport compared to other sports out there, so like you said, maybe more training should be offered.

I'm still using both at the moment. You're slowly getting replies here, which is good, and it'll take time to establish. We need more commentators to use both @tomgaymor.bsky.social and mention it when they are live and then slowly drop the cesspit of X over time as more users join here instead 😉

Apologies, I typed that up late last night half asleep. I think Jamie joined their team last year, having also done some bits for C4 as well in the past so perhaps she impressed them and has been given the opportunity to become a regular contributor for Sky.

I don't think that's the full team is it? Unless of course Nat and Jenson have left and they have indeed also dropped Danica? We already know Damon's contract wasn't renewed but he mentioned that he expected the likes of JB, Nico and Jamie to replace him as younger faces for the sport!

The Main IndyCar coverage was good and @tomgaymor.bsky.social did a great job. Only bugbear is that sessions such as the Indy NXT race go completely silent while domestic coverage is on commercials, while I understood the NBC Peacock coverage was mostly uninterrupted and fully covered by their team!

I'm sure at one point I had a link online to review and renew my Sky contracts to make it cheaper but never followed it though, so I've got no idea if I'm in contract. Apparently, my mobile is out of contract too. I also want to cancel TNT Sports, but I hate talking to people on the phone...

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I enjoyed the British Speedway & Speedway GP and loved the fact that you could watch an ad-free stream, just like you could with Formula E before it moved to TNT. No doubt the Eurosport feeds that were ad-free on Discovery+ will become Linear TV versions

Great to hear the future of the track has been secured, sad to hear it'll be on rotation though! I wonder if it was originally due to be rotated with Zandvoort as I heard they declined to renew due to the prospect of being one of the new rotating calendar circuits?

I wouldn't describe it as a bit fake per say, but I don't like the fact that it's tied to my Instagram account. I'd rather have it set at its own parameters, such as being under my online alias SpacewardAsh, rather than being tied closely to my private Instagram and Facebook accounts!

I think everyone has been moving over to Threads as that's tied to Instagram, rather than tryout a completely different service. But I agree, more uptakes would be nice :)

I desperately want to cancel my TNT Sports subscription, and I really haven't used it for quite a while but due to my anxiety I can't cope with speaking to people on the phone. Tried asking at my local BT EE Store and they can't help either 😵💫

I used to enjoy the coverage when it was on ITV, C5 and the BBC! Wasn't keen when it was on C4 & YT as ads were badly placed! TNT Coverage felt like a step back as under Eurosport I could watch ad-free on Discovery+. I wonder if you watch through ITVX Premium if it'll be ad-free or not?

Same old, same old really! Trying my best to catch up on the F1 but kinda lost interest, though I think it's gotten a bit more exciting from what I've heard!

I think quite a few have migrated over to Threads, which would be easier to maintain as it's all attached to Instagram currently, while this would be a whole new separate platform to try and build a following on.
