Meanwhile, I posted THIS gif and did NOT use the Vore tag, and suddenly this is completely fine and acceptable, no problems detected. Again, after a MANUAL review. The supposed "sexual" content and age rating of both cartoons is exactly the same. It's when you use the tag that apparently matters.

Holy shit, the episode actually flips the script on the The Incident and portrays Mario & Co as an inept backing band faking the music instead of Manilli Vanilli themselves. Wonder if this was meant to act as a parody to soften the blow to their social status and quietly usher them into acting.
