A lot of these users put on block lists are done wrongful by idiots who have nothing better to do, because they don't even check the user to see if there is need to be put on a block list...smh.. Too many sheep follow block lists without investigating first...it's idiotic.

I’ve never cared for discovery as I’m not trying to build a following. As for blocks, I do when I feel you are just trying to get me to follow you back and it’s clear we have no mutual interests whatsoever

The only way, it’s how avoid a lot that many complain about, except for these stupid algorithms - just bc I clicked on a post about lions roaring, doesn’t mean I want to see that kind of post every day. I know to find my way around the internet without to see what I wanna see without any help at all

I totally get you on the algorithms forcing u to see what u don’t want to - Meta is notorious for that and I hate it. What I mean is what I’ve been doing on social media since 2000: block viciously, don’t engage with accounts you don’t want engaging with you, use mute words, choose where u travel.

All social media outlets start out as the good old days, everyone … why…because … “people”. Make the platform what you want it to be by taking the steps you need to do so.
