Sometimes my limbs just suddenly look like I've contracted some kind of Victorian era pox, but it's just keratosis pilaris putting red dots all over them

Admittedly, with how bad my ADHD is, I am a miserable GM. Nothing ever gets done and we spend half the session talking about the politics of late Republican Rome while two players fall asleep and another plays CK3 while on mute.
