I don't see NASA getting the Moon before 2028. Even 2028 seem optimistic on current trends and so the Chinese might get humans to the lunar surface before the US returns. It shouldn't happen, but it's possible...

NASA delays moon missions again, citing safety concerns
The agency now expects to launch the Artemis II mission in April 2026, followed by the Artemis III lunar landing flight in mid-2027.
