I uh…genuinely don’t know what happened, I think that stuff might’ve been a drug and I’ve been on a bender the past couple of days. God I need some water and a nap. Oh! I’ve also found a project to work on, so hopefully it’ll come out the way I want it to.

I can see it now, the languages those symbols on the crates were telling me something. They—I can’t say too much. Not yet. I can hear the whispers now. Whenever those crates come through the damn whispers come back.

I swear this is the fourth shipment today where a box has spilled on me, why would they even put a fluid into the crates?! Ugh now I stink and I’m covered in oil. I think some of it got in my eyes….the edges of my vision are rainbowy

Had a hard time updating the log today. The wiring was on the fritz again and I needed to repair it, in other news—completely unrelated—anyone know how to get soot off your fingers? Also does the air taste like sour metal? Maybe a bit tingly? Just me?

Another truckload of those crates, I could’ve sworn one moved when I put it down. A few had what seemed to be air holes and the people guarding them said to keep my fingers out so I think I might take a peek in one when I get the chance again

And a water line broke in the hydroponics bay today…just my luck. Now there’s at least two rows of crops that need to be recycled and a very very large puddle that needed to be mopped. At least I had a team with me to help clean it up. I wonder what was going on in the landing bay today

Alrighty, another shipment received and sent off. Something was definitely off about this one but I’ll keep an eye out….large crates with a symbol of an eye surrounded by tentacles…or maybe it’s a sun? I dunno, I’ll just note it for now

Okay okay, I think? Maybe? I got the frequency right? Helloooo? Okay I am now in both the personal log channel and I hacked into the blackbox for the station! Now my updates will be saved even if the station goes down! Yay! That only took….seven hours, great.

Alright after everything done yesterday I hope that today can be a bit easier. I heard some commotion from one of the landing bays earlier but I didn’t see anything when I checked. Hopefully it stays as nothing and we can continue on Business As Usual!

Another busy weekend here at Oasis, just gonna run down what I have to do today: refuel all of landing bay 6, load cargo onto 4 different freighters, expunge the manifest of a mining ship and appraise a few crates of ore so I can tell them where to sell. Wish me luck….please?

Finally the officer left. Luckily we didn’t get any citations but there was one arrest of a pirate craft that landed next to the union cruiser. They were newbies and honestly not very good pirates either.

Weekends are always a bit more complex. This time a Union Officer stopped by and caused some trouble with a family that was here. He thought they were criminals, which would be bad….but the actual criminals paid to have their ship and cargo moved two bays over

So far today has been fairly easy, a couple ship repairs, some bribe money to keep quiet about a deal, a nice family came from Nuthea about to head off on a little sight seeing trip. All good for the day so far.

Today was rough, after the fuel line from this morning there was a fight in the landing bay. I swear we put up no weapons signs for a reason. There are less than legal things happening around here and this is supposed to be a safe haven. Come on people!

Another fuel line busted. Luckily it was still surrounded in a containment field and we were able to clean it up. Nothing some good old duct tape and fabricator bots can’t fix. I just hope we can start actually fixing things around here.
