If a trans woman commits a crime against anybody then they should be punished as anybody else would. I don't think anybody is disputing that. Why wouldn't trans women be able to use the women's changing rooms? I don't know the ins-and-outs of the case, but I assume there was no assault?

I'm very much concerned about women who have always been hurt by cis men and we need to do way more about that. The law? No, because the law isn't always right. Remember when being homosexual was illegal? "get to do whatever you like"? This doesn't impact me directly. I'm a cis man 🤷♂️

Trans people are not "deciding to be a woman" to get into women's bathrooms. That is pure propaganda. And I'm not deciding what constitutes being trans; trans people are. Just because you don't υnderstand, doesn't mean it's not valid.

Times move on and a trans person is not just someone that has had surgery or takes drugs. Again, you don't get to decide what trans is.

It affects their ability to be in spaces that they should be in. It will be a starting point for further rollback on their rights (which you can already see people pushing for). This will also negatively affect cis women who don't conform to what people expect them to look like.

No they shouldn't. But, firstly, that's not happening on a large scale. Secondly, men will find any way to assault women because they're shit. Thirdly, and I'll keep saying it, trans people shouldn't be paying the price for cis men's crimes.

Trans doesn't mean that people have to have surgery or take drugs. You can be a valid trans person without those things and trans people shouldn't have to suffer because of cis men.
