I didn't think I was squeamish about much medical stuff but NOPE OH GOD

I have a Lamy that I like okay, but it's . . . scratchier somehow? Definitely not my go-to for writing a lot of longhand text at once but it's ok for making lists!

I told myself I'd get a nicer fountain pen if/when my starter finally gave out, but honestly I'm going right back for another fine nib pilot metropolitan because what a WORKHORSE.

my favorite memory of that pen: accidentally making eye contact with my neuro prof while refilling the converter from an ink bottle in the middle of a lecture hall, causing him to ask what exactly I was doing

weird symbols make me 300% more likely to want to try a game and that's just science
