I think you misunderstood me. What i mean is "If" there would be tariffs on the oil then hungary would have to pay extra much for the oil and also support Ukraine unless they stop buying oil.

Of course it would be better to get everyone to just stop buying russian stuff but the tariff could work as a motivation to switch to another oil exporter.
