They also just outright refuse to play dirty. It's like charlie brown and the football; over and over again they're like "well maybe if we play by the rules and make the "honorable" decision, the gop will meet us halfway" while they never do and we spiral completely out of control toward fascism

Yeah, I've been seeing a number of regretful republicans saying shit like "from what I understand, this wasn't his platform/he didn't say he was gonna do this"... Yes the fuck it was/he did; you just didn't gaf to look into it or listen to the millions of ppl yelling about it until it affected you.

It still cracks me up that gym leaders were framed as badasses and then you got to the gym and they had 2-4 pokemon that were like 2 levels higher than the ones you could catch on the nearest road.
