SHRIMP PAD THAI without the bean sprouts. I forgot em.

Anyways I made a low vibrational plate. Baked Mac and cheese, stewed cabbage, corn and jerk chicken.

Haven't been here in a minute , I made buttered chicken with quinoa and Brussels sprouts!

Cole slaw, roasted sweet potatoes, grill chicken thighs. Quinoa, peppers and onions with a homade spicy honey mustard

*Bonus picture* here is the shrimp stock.

And with the risotto I used my own shrimp stock I made from scratch. I really wanted to use every part of what I had but I don't think I needed the shrimp stock because the shrimp pieces did the job with adding that flavor

Took a bit of work to get the taste just right because I didn't want it to be too fishy

Okay, lobster tail, shrimp risotto, the sauce is made of of carrots/orange bell pepper/blended and cooked shrimp shells, and asparagus and carrots

Birria tacos. I used 6 guanciale peppers and short rib as the meat. Ima go for a full roast and a different variety of dried chilies next time.

Sautéed carrots with mash potatoes and oxtails.

This here is salmon, lemon risotto, asparagus and a beurre blanc.
