Yup. My DMs are not for public use, at any social media I'm on. Friends only. Also, the "don't engage, just block" philosophy of dealing with jerks that we apply here on Bluesky works just as well for DMs as public posts. Banish the jerks to the cornfield, folks, and then never think on them again.
been seeing ppl post about getting insulting and abusive dms and reminder that the best way to instantly improve your social media life is to literally never take dms from strangers. mutual or say it on the TL. Theres a setting just for this, turn it on, it will make your inbox normal again
