For context: the shop on Etsy was RealGeek3D, with two listed owners (Brandon and Eric). I contacted both. Eric replied briefly; Brandon deleted his account The order was never completed or refunded. I try not to bring disputes onto the internet but unless they respond I won't take this down.

I ordered a custom 3D printed item. When I asked for a refund early because I kept getting ghosted the seller sent progress photos, so I waited. After that, they ghosted me again. Once the Etsy/PayPal refund window passed, I contacted again and today they deleted their Etsy and Facebook accounts.
