They are especially interested in supporting authors doing work in queer and trans geographies, as well as those working critically on the political geographies of higher education, universities, and academic work.

At the journal, Derek manages the flow of submissions and decisions, leads the strategic development of the journal, and organizes the review process for selected submissions.

We'll be updating the journal's aims and scope soon, but know that we plan to continue to publish a broad range of careful and critical scholarship on space and politics in and beyond political geography.
