No worries. I agree, it shouldn’t be, except for surgeons, give them whatever they ask for lol. But fr, teacher pay should definitely be closer than what it is.

No problem. I’ve worked in education for more than a decade. All professors are indeed teachers, and for some research is apart of their work, but not all. I’m not putting teachers over Drs. I just know the work of teachers are severely underestimated.

“A lot easier” is a serious reach, and I would venture to say that said brother is neither an educator nor a medical doctor, or extremely bias. I have to stick w/ levels of each profession. A family Dr. skillet is different from a neurosurgeon, as is a 1st grad teacher differs from a professor

Fa sho. Well, my thoughts are it takes a teacher to learn any profession. Immediate impact on life (surgeons) should 100% the highest. Med School teacher should make just as much if not more than a general practitioner. Teachers at all levels should make more than a Dr. until residency is completed.
