Technically it’s still summer, but it’s gone below 18° in the house, my thermometer says it’s only 11° outside & the cats are all fluffed up. I have caved & put the heating on. 😨

Im so glad that so many people turned out for Ozzy’s funeral procession today. What an overwhelming sight it must have been for his grief stricken family to see how many people adored him & wanted to say goodbye, thank you or just offer their support. Genuinely sobbed watching it 🖤

I wouldn’t normally buy cherries when they’re £14 a kilo as I think it’s extortionate but they looked so good!

At last, no more sweating in hot classrooms & trying to keep the kids cool & focused in the sunny weather & recent heatwaves, time to relax for the long Summer break from school & enjoy…the rain 😠

Back from vet visit, wounds are starting to heal, no sign of infection. Have to go back in 7 days for next check when hopefully we’ll have the full tumour results. Now if only I could carry on with my school work! He keeps turning the Caps Lock on & scrolling the page with his collar…

Thanks ❤️🙏 He came home this afternoon, he’s just paced around but he’s finally settled on the bed. Luca is scared, I think he’s unsure it’s still Mikey!

Please say a prayer or send good vibes for my angel Mikey, I found two lumps & he’s been to the vet to have samples taken today. I’ll know in a week if there’s anything sinister. He was a very good boy ❤️🙏❤️

So glad I put the softest comfy blanket on the bed for the cats so they don’t lay on my pillows, pjs & duvet…😼 guess that’s me de-fuzzing the bed again before I get in tonight 🤦♀️
