Taken to nudity at home since covid, but have since taken up naked Yoga and Meditation, making some life changes, all for the better, living life naked when possible. Experiencing many new adventures with my textile wife.

3.5 hours, 18,000 steps, 8 miles covered all while walking around Budby, in a very comfortable 14 degrees, in the most appropriate attire.

What a lovely day for bit of naked rock pooling, finding the locals naturist spots that give some solitude, and a bit of shelter from the wind and loose sand coming across the beach.

Liberating walk around Budby, meet two other walkers also enjoying the weather and nature naked, and one worker litter picking. Got to say thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of social nudity walking around Budby, lovely time in the wooded areas just bathing in the forest and heathland.

When it’s so hot and sleep is impossible, sitting out in the garden staring at the night sky is a good alternative just taking in the sounds of nature au-natural.

Well the snow has gone but the cool weather is refreshing. The warm weather will be with us soon, if not we will be travelling to find it.

Love the body you are in, if you want to make changes make them for you, free your mind, body and soul. Living naked when possible is easily the best choice I have made to improve self worth, and mental health.

Well I definitely qualify, at 50 I made some serious life changes to the way I think, and the way I unwind, naturism and living a nude life when possible has exponentially improved my mental and physical health.
