I forget who said it, but there's a quote that goes something like
"The problem with voting with your wallet is that there isn't a 'no' vote. Only 'yes' or 'abstain.'"

Remakes are cool and all, but at the core, they are different games than the originals. The fact that the classic versions are largely inaccessible to anyone without the original hardware is just sad.
